In an announcement, the agency stated it is alarmed concerning the high range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to website some high amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at status sassa Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office focused on service the area regularly. The provider point designed for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it difficult to the Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to permit the servicing of all customers and increase use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
